has always been a seeker on the spiritual path. Over the past 13 years, they have immersed themselves in the study and practice of yoga, meditation, energy healing, bodywork, and tarot. Sathyadev’s work in the yoga world is rooted in the ongoing process of decolonization and reverence for the authentic cultural roots of Yoga. Having studied in both India and the United States, they weave the ancient teachings of yoga with the wisdom of somatic awareness, informed by their background in massage and bodywork. Each yoga class is designed to honor the full, sacred breadth of the practice—infused with Asana (yogic postures), Pranayama (breath control), Mantra (sacred Sanskrit sound), and Dhyana (meditation).
Their classes are a space for remembrance and return—a place to slow down, come home to the body, and reconnect with the innate intelligence that already resides within. Students are guided to explore the body, surrender the ceaseless movement of the mind, and open the heart to witness what arises.
Whether you are a longtime student of yoga or a complete beginner, Sathyadev invites you to meet your teachers and join them in the journey of merging your individual wave of inner consciousness with the vast Ocean of Consciousness itself. Their yoga classes are open to ALL bodies, ALL identities, and ALL levels of experience.
